PRINCE2 Agile is tailored for innovation-oriented companies who want to use the PRINCE2-methodology, but also wants to introduce agile or improve flexible development methods in their projects. PRINCE2 Agile gives you the most up-to-date and relevant angle of agile approach and the framework includes a number of agile methods, such as SCRUM, Kanban and Lean Startup.

The PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner certificate is designed to help professionals deliver agile projects by tailoring PRINCE2 management controls with a broad toolset of agile delivery techniques and frameworks. The PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner teaches you to blend structure, governance and control with agile methods, techniques and approaches. Practitioner takes the knowledge acquired at Foundation level and applies it to the workplace, using real-world management examples.

The course will be an in-person training in Oslo and hosted by a Holte Academy instructor. The course will be streamed for those who cannot be on site. The course and the exam will be in English. You will receive an exam voucher; Exam must be taken within 12 months from taking the course. You will also get access to Holte Academy e-learning course to help you prepare for the exam.

By registering to this course, you commit to attending all the sessions and take the exam within 12 months.

After completing this course, you will be able to:

• Evaluate how effectively PRINCE2 Agile has been applied to a project
• Tailor and apply PRINCE2 to projects within an Agile context (using several case studies as examples)
• Understand how to adjust elements of PRINCE2 Agile to enable better project outcomes

• Learn everything needed to pass the official PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner exam
