About this course

Welcome to Integrate!
Integrating data is one of the main steps of the data flow in Cognite Data Fusion (CDF). This is where we get the data from the source systems into CDF and then transform it to match the CDF resource types.

After completing this course, you will be able to:

  • Upload a CSV file to RAW.
  • Transform data from RAW into CDF resource types using transformations.
  • Update data by rerunning the transformation.
  • Document your dataset.

Who should take this course?
Everyone who's new to CDF and would like to get hands-on experience.

Knowledge prerequisites
A general understanding of Cognite Data Fusion and its data model, and how data flows through CDF. We strongly recommend taking all courses in the Cognite Data Fusion Fundamentals learning path. You have to complete the Get ready for working with CDF course before you start this one.

Technical prerequisites
You have to have a client secret for the learn CDF project. See the previous course in the learning path for instructions on getting a client secret. We suggest using two screens.
